Tome Linebery of Kermit, owner of the Frying Pan Ranch in West Texas and Southeast New Mexico, has served as a Board member of the Haley Library, as well as a Trustee of Texas Tech. He is the co-founder of the Scarborough-Linebery Foundation and a benefactor of the Paragon Foundation.
