Bill Craft of Clarendon, Texas was 75 at the first inaugural Foy Proctor Awards. He managed two leased ranches plus his own Oakes Creek Ranch near Clarendon, as well as a stock farm. He started cowboying when he was five years old, helping dayherd cattle for a neighboring ranch.
